The “Play and Apply for Children” Project – 2023

The “Play and Apply for Children” is a social responsibility project conducted through the collaboration of the Anatolian Education and Culture Foundation and the faculty members of Istanbul Aydin University’s Faculty of Education, Dr. Assistant Professor Ayşegül Kınık TOPALSAN and Instructor Semanur AKMAN. This project is part of the Pre-School Teaching Program within the Faculty of Education.

The project aims to support children between the ages of 3-6 who are under state protection in Child Protection Agencies. It encourages them to think creatively and be original through various activities such as science, art, games, drama, and exercises. The goal is to provide children with enjoyable, high-quality, and engaging experiences. Every week, on a designated day, teachers, along with teacher candidates, spend time with the children and engage in fun and educational activities that contribute to the cognitive, emotional, social, and motor skill development of the children.
