Psychological Resilience Group Sessions with Families of Children with Special Needs Have Begun
The psychological resilience group sessions for families of children with special needs have officially started. Families with children diagnosed with Down syndrome are now participating in a four-week program led by Psychologist Hacer Karakaş Avcı and Clinical Psychologist Fulya Tepret.
The program is designed to support families in strengthening their coping strategies, increasing emotional resilience, and building stronger social support networks. Within these sessions, parents not only receive professional psychological guidance but also find the opportunity to connect and share experiences with other families facing similar challenges.
