Pre-Holiday Nursing Home Visit Held Within the Scope of Vefa Gatherings

Istanbul Aydın University and Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation organized a meaningful nursing home visit before Eid al-Adha within the scope of the Vefa Gatherings project, together with the academics and students of the Istanbul Aydın University Hair Care and Beauty Services Program.

During the visit, personal care and hair care services were provided to the nursing home residents, while participants also had the opportunity to engage in warm and enjoyable conversations. The event aimed to support the morale and well-being of the residents before the holiday.

Carried out with the voluntary contributions of academics and students, the event stood out as a meaningful social responsibility activity that strengthened intergenerational solidarity and social interaction.
