WE ARE REMOVING THE BARRIERS IN COMMUNICATION!

The seminar titled “Removing Barriers in Communication” was organized by Istanbul Aydin University Faculty of Education, Barrier-Free Life Research and Application Center and Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation in collaboration. In the seminar, which saw intense participation, Hearing Impaired Federation President Muammer Ay stated that there were 4.5 million hearing impaired people in Turkey and that the number of individuals who knew sign language was very low. He stated that serious steps should be taken to make sign language widespread.
