1 DAY A WEEK UNIVERSITY STUDENT-END OF TERM MEAL

Within the scope of the One Day a Week University Project, jointly carried out by the Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation and Istanbul Aydın University, special education students have the opportunity to come to the university one day a week and attend classes with university students. This meaningful project aims to contribute to the educational processes of individuals with special needs and to support their social integration. Within the scope of the project, special education students have the opportunity to develop both their academic and social skills by attending classes at various faculties of Istanbul Aydın University. Special education students who attend classes with university students have the chance to participate in society more effectively by experiencing different educational environments. The end-of-term dinner held within the scope of the project was held with the participation of individuals with special needs and their families, as well as the academic staff. This event allowed individuals and families participating in the project to come together, socialize, share their experiences and have a good time together.
