I’M DOING SCIENCE IN NATURE!-2

Within the scope of TÜBİTAK 4004 Nature Education and Science Schools Support Program, under the leadership of İstanbul Aydın University Res. Asst. Zeynep TÜRK, with the contributions of Elazığ Provincial Directorate of National Education, Elazığ Provincial Special Administration, Elazığ Science Center, AKEV and with the support of Nestle, our project for 50 earthquake victim students aged 10-12, whose houses were severely damaged after the Elazığ earthquake and who did not participate in TÜBİTAK projects, will be carried out next week. This project titled “I am Doing Science in Nature!-2” will be carried out between June 19-25, 2022, at the Elazığ Science Center and the camp area to be set up by Lake Hazar, under the guidance of a psychological counselor, scientific studies that will allow students to easily retain scientific information, develop their questioning skills in the fields of STEM, ecology, astronomy, art, sports, game-movement and music, games for earthquake awareness and argument-oriented interactive activities that will enable them to observe nature.
