April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day Festival

On the first day of the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day festival, organized in collaboration with the Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation (AKEV), Istanbul Aydın University Clubs Union, and the Directorate of Human Resources, children under state protection came together for a joyful celebration.

As part of the event, students also actively participated through the Community Service course conducted under the supervision of Dr. Çiçek Dilek Bakanay from the Department of Primary Education at the Faculty of Education, Istanbul Aydın University. Together with various student clubs, they designed and implemented creative and interactive games, providing enjoyable moments for the children.

Throughout the day, activities aimed at enhancing children’s social interaction were carried out, and the cheerful atmosphere truly reflected the spirit of April 23.
