IN-SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEE

The “In-Service Training Program for Employees” for the personnel affiliated to the Social Assistance Affairs Directorate of Küçükçekmece Municipality, which lasted four days between March 29 and April 1, 2021, was carried out under the leadership of the Anatolian Education and Culture Foundation (AKEV) in cooperation with Istanbul Aydın University and Küçükçekmece Municipality.

The face-to-face training program held at the Florya Halit Aydın Campus addressed the topics of “Conflict Management in Interpersonal Communication, Corporate Identity, Effective Communication and Negotiation Techniques, Effective Presentation Techniques”.

The interactive training was carried out by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hale Torun, Assoc. Prof. Fatma Nazlı Köksal, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Cebrail Sadakaoğlu, and Assoc. Prof. Begüm Aylin Önder from the academic staff of Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Communication. At the end of the four-day in-service training program organized for the employees, AKEV Vice President of the Board of Directors Ms. Elif Aydın and Istanbul Aydın University Vice Rector Mr. Mehmet Reşat Başar presented certificates of participation to the participants.
