HEARING SCREENING FOR ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS AT ZEYTİNBURNU SEMİHA ŞAKİR NURSING HOME

As part of the joint work of the Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation and the Istanbul Aydın University Audiology Department, comprehensive hearing screenings were performed on elderly individuals staying at the Zeytinburnu Semiha Şakir Nursing Home.

Within the scope of this project, audiology specialists and students visited the nursing home and evaluated the hearing health of the elderly. The screenings aimed to identify individuals at risk of hearing loss or who currently have hearing problems and direct them to the necessary treatment processes.
