ACADEMIC STUDY PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

The academic study program for children with special needs, which is organized every year in cooperation with Istanbul Aydın University and the Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation and attracts great attention, was also implemented in 2024. This project is planned to last three days a week for four weeks and has opened its doors to children with down syndrome aged 9-12 Dec.

The first lesson of the program started with movement training aimed at improving children’s motor skills. These lessons aim to support children’s coordination, balance and general physical development. These lessons, which are carried out in the company of expert instructors, aim to increase children’s self-confidence and enable them to participate in social life more actively. This academic study aims to support not only physical development, but also mental and social development.
