The \u201cIn-Service Training Program for Employees\u201d for the personnel affiliated to the Social Assistance Affairs Directorate of K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Municipality, which lasted four days between March 29 and April 1, 2021, was carried out under the leadership of the Anatolian Education and Culture Foundation (AKEV) in cooperation with Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University and K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The face-to-face training program held at the Florya Halit Ayd\u0131n Campus addressed the topics of \u201cConflict Management in Interpersonal Communication, Corporate Identity, Effective Communication and Negotiation Techniques, Effective Presentation Techniques\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The interactive training was carried out by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hale Torun, Assoc. Prof. Fatma Nazl\u0131 K\u00f6ksal, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Cebrail Sadakao\u011flu, and Assoc. Prof. Beg\u00fcm Aylin \u00d6nder from the academic staff of Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University Faculty of Communication. At the end of the four-day in-service training program organized for the employees, AKEV Vice President of the Board of Directors Ms. Elif Ayd\u0131n and Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University Vice Rector Mr. Mehmet Re\u015fat Ba\u015far presented certificates of participation to the participants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
