Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation, which prioritizes equal opportunity and inclusion in education, and Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University hosted a unique experience for students with special needs. This special collaboration under the name of \u201cAcademic Study Program with Special Education Students\u201d included group activities in the fields of movement, music, sports and gastronomy carried out by students with special needs on campuses for 4 weeks, 3 days a week. Thanks to this special activity, students had the chance to discover their talents, gain new skills and strengthen their social bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program, which took place on the modern campuses of Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University, aimed to contribute to students’ academic success as well as their inner transformation and awareness of a life full of values. During the 3 days of the week, students had the opportunity to develop their physical abilities in movement and sports activities accompanied by academicians. At the same time, they revealed their creativity in music and gastronomy workshops and reinforced their self-confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These group activities in the fields of movement, music, sports and gastronomy with students with special needs not only made their learning process more enjoyable, but also gave them the opportunity to discover and develop their own talents. The intimate atmosphere created during the program strengthened the students’ communication with each other and with university students and academics. In this way, the community<\/p>\n\n\n\n
