{"id":3858,"date":"2026-06-03T15:36:23","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T12:36:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/akev.org.tr\/en\/?page_id=3858"},"modified":"2026-06-03T15:36:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T12:36:23","slug":"from-roots-to-the-future-aydin-saplings","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/akev.org.tr\/en\/projelerimiz\/from-roots-to-the-future-aydin-saplings\/","title":{"rendered":"FROM ROOTS TO THE FUTURE: AYDIN SAPLINGS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cFrom Roots to the Future: Ayd\u0131n Saplings\u201d project, launched in collaboration between the Anatolia Education and Culture Foundation (AKEV), the Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University Clubs Association, and the Green Homeland Platform, is a sustainable environmental initiative aimed at preserving institutional memory and a culture of gratitude while contributing to nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the project, the memories of our faculty members, students, and all stakeholders who have contributed to our university\u2014who were once part of the Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University family but are no longer with us\u2014are being brought together with nature. At the same time, the project aims to foster environmental awareness among younger generations, support afforestation efforts, and promote a sustainable lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFrom Roots to the Future: Ayd\u0131n Saplings\u201d seeks to transform the loyalty felt toward the past into a green legacy extending into the future, aiming to
